4. Intellectual Property

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment for courses must be made in advance according to the pricing structure published on our website. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been attended
• For technical issues preventing access to services that cannot be resolved
• At our discretion for exceptional circumstances

No refunds will be issued for missed classes or for dissatisfaction with teaching methods or course content.

6. Liability Limitations

Ficixoo.com provides language learning services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness of our teaching methods for individual students.

In no event shall Ficixoo.com, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ficixoo.com over the past six months.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, all disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
